El Cielo Es Real (Heaven Is for Real)

This is the true story of Colton Burpo, the four-year-old son of a Nebraskan pastor who, during an emergency surgery, slips from consciousness and enters heaven. After surviving the experience, he begins talking about how he had been able to look down and see the doctor operating and his dad praying. He also says that he met his miscarried sister and other long-deceased family members, and he describes a horse that only Jesus could ride as well as how reaaally big God and his chair are. This disarmingly simple narrative told by Colton's father-often in Colton's own words-reveals that heaven is a real place, that Jesus really loves children, and that we need to be ready because there is a battle coming.
