Fortaleza y valentía es una respuesta a los desafíos sociales, políticos, educativos y espirituales que enfrentamos hoy día. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo de los factores que propician el incremento de líderes pertinentes y transformadores, además de una reflexión sobre sus características. La narrativa bíblica y las biografías de sus hombres y mujeres más destacados permite identificar, analizar y expresar valores y recomendaciones que pueden ayudar a las iglesias y comunidades de
fe en la preparación y el desarrollo de los líderes que requiere hoy día.

Fortitude and bravery are a response to the social, political, educational, and spiritual challenges we face today. It is a descriptive study of the factors that foster the growth of relevant and transformative leaders, as well as a reflection on their characteristics. The biblical narrative and the biographies of its most prominent men and women allow us to identify, analyze, and express values and recommendations that can aid churches and faith communities in the preparation and development of the leaders needed today.
