The story focuses around a boy named Patrick. One day he was so bored that he even picked up his Bible. "Why would anyone read this?" he wonders. "Good question!" boomed a deep voice. "Let the adventure begin!" Suddenly he is yanked off of his bed and into the first book in the Bible called Genesis.
So goes the tale as he bounces into each book of the bible learning from the characters the Big Idea of each of their books.
This book is not another children's Bible storybook but a book about the Big Idea of each of the Bible books. It comes with a bookmark so the kids can check off the books as they journey with Patrick book by book. "Hooked On The Book" will give kids the framework for all of the Bible stories that they will learn in their lifetime.
